Are your pieces dishwasher/microwave/food safe?

Yes!  I use high quality durable stoneware for each of my pieces, and all glazes are non-toxic and food safe.  I do recommend hand washing however, as it will keep the glazes and natural beauty of the piece in better standing over the long run.  

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.  Please allow for additional customs/duties if you are ordering outside of Canada.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  I ship with Canada Post, and all parcels are trackable.  Please allow 1 week within Canada, 2-3 weeks within the United States, and up to 4 weeks internationally.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

No.  In the unfortunate event that your piece arrives broken or damaged you are able to return it for a shop credit or custom order.  Please email mabelsmind@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and once you've received a confirmation email, a returns shipping label will be sent to you.
